  • Baking Powerd 1tsp/ 2.5g
  • 1/4 tspBicarbonate
  • PinchSalt.

    Preheat your oven at 200°c
    Grease your muffin tin.

    Grease your muffin tin.
    In a large bowl combine flour,sugar,baking and bicarbonate.

    In a small bowl,beat eggs, oil and sour milk till well mixed

  4. 4

    Combine both ingredients untill moistened.

  5. 5

    Bake temp 200°
    Baking time 20min
