Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  1. 5-6arbo(taro root) leaves
  2. 2 cupgram flour
  3. 3-4 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 1-2 spoonlemon juice
  7. 2 tspgaram masala
  8. to tasteSugar and salt
  9. 1 cupoil
  10. 2-3 tspsesame seeds
  11. 5-6curry leaves
  12. 1 tspmustard seeds
  13. 1-2dry red chilli
  14. For garnishing
  15. 2 tspFresh coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First we make better for patra take gram flour then add Turmeric powder,2sp.red chilli powder,salt to taste,add some water and make thick layer now we add baking soda now we add lemon juice on soda and oil mix it well and apply better on advi leaves which I cut in two parts and remove the hard stick which in between after apply one layer we put another leaves on it and apply better and fill it.

    Now we steem all the roll for 30 min then let it cool for 5 min then we cut in little thick circle.

    Now we add left oil let warm it then add musterd seeds,curry leaves,sesame seeds,dry red chilli sugar melt in water and salt now add patra now and left species now cook for 2to3 min.

    Now it's ready to serve tasty and spicy and crispy ras patra garnish with fresh coriander.
