Firstly warm the water and in a deep bowl add sugar and yeast and mix well.

Keep aside for 10min till the yeast ferment.

Now in a bowl mix dry ingredients well.

Once the yeast mixture is ready put the dry ingredients into it and knead for 8-10min till it become non-stick and smooth using oil

Once it's done cover with oil and put it on bowl with cling wrap for 2 hrs or till it doubles

Once the dough is doubled punch it,take out it's air knead for 2-3 min.

Give the shape of pan in which you have to bake and put it in the greased pan. Brush milk over it and cover again and keep it for 30mintues

By the time preheat the oven at 200°c

After 30min bake the cake in preheated oven at 200°c for 30-35 min.

Once it baked take it out on rack and cool it and cut the slices after 2 hours
