To ist make red chutney pani m sugar dissolve ho jae then imli pulp dale. Seive and then salt,adrak,chilli flakes dal kar pakae pinch of red colour dale, then sperate 1tsp cornflour 2tbsp pani m mix kar ke dal de to make thick.

Chana ki chutney Chana boil ho jae then stain. chane ki dal boil karein in with 1/2cup pani mash and put in it put all masala salt chilli flakes don't add ghee aisa hi cook ho ga us ke pani m.

Now maida ki dough bana le. Maida 2cup m ajwain,namak,,ghee dal kar warm water se knead karein. Na soft na hard.

Potatoes ki stuffing ke lia, pan m oil dal kar us m zeera1/2tsp,piyaz2chop garammasala,kar ke us m boiled mash potatoes dal kar 2sec ke lia bune.

Now ball banae maida ka and roll with roller pin in length an cut from center half 🌓 it will in the shape triangle ⛛ banae and stuffing center b be kar pani se neche se band kar de smosa ready to cook. Deep fry kar le.
