This is the jam that I used for Kue Nastar recipe

Remove the skin and clean the pineapple, then grate the pineapple (I use a bigger hole as compared to cheese grater)

With a pan / pot, cook the grated pineapple on medium heat, add pinch of salt and cinnamon stick
- 3
Let the juice simmer, until it's almost dried up
- 4
Then add the sugar and stir it for approximately 15mins. The texture should be thick enough that it won't fall from the spoon when you flip it

Remove from the stove, let it cool and store it in a jar
- 6
You can have it with bread or as a filling for any tart / cookies
