Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 person
  • 500 gmkaleji (chicken)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspyoghurt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash kaleji nicely with water

  2. 2

    Cut kaleji into small pieces

  3. 3

    Mix all the above ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil on a tawa and add kaleji into it. Stir quickly for 1 minute

  5. 5

    Than slow down flame and cover pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes more

  6. 6

    Now open the lid and dried out liquid completely. Don't stir too much otherwise it Will be mushy completely

  7. 7

    When loquid died out and spices stick to kaleji. Turn off heat and dish out for serving
