Ingredients

  1. 1 Cuprice
  2. 1/2 Cupurad dal
  3. 1/2 Cupmoong dal
  4. 1/2 Cupchana dal
  5. 1/2 Cuptoor dal
  6. 1/2 Cupcurd
  7. 2 Cupbottle gaurd, grated
  8. 3 tbspcoriander, finally chopped
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 4Green chillies
  11. 2 tspGinger
  12. 1 tbspturmeric
  13. 2 tspsalt
  14. 1 tbspeno
  15. As neededOil
  16. For tempering : mustard seeds
  17. 1/2 tspSesame seeds
  18. 1 tspmustard seeds
  19. as neededCurry leaves
  20. Pinchasafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly soak rice and pulses for 3 hour.

  2. 2

    Add curd and blend to a smooth paste. Further add grated bottle gaurd and coriander.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger and chilli paste, salt, sugar, turmeric. And give a tadka to it by oil amd mustard seeds and sesame seed.

  4. 4

    Now add eno and give a smooth mix to the batter.

  5. 5

    Now heat a on low flame kdai add some oil, mustard seeds and sesame seed now put two big spoon of batter and cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes amd now flip iy on other side.

  6. 6

    Now handwa pudla is ready to serve. Serve it with ketchup or green chutney.
