Firstly soak rice and pulses for 3 hour.

Add curd and blend to a smooth paste. Further add grated bottle gaurd and coriander.

Now add ginger and chilli paste, salt, sugar, turmeric. And give a tadka to it by oil amd mustard seeds and sesame seed.

Now add eno and give a smooth mix to the batter.

Now heat a on low flame kdai add some oil, mustard seeds and sesame seed now put two big spoon of batter and cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes amd now flip iy on other side.

Now handwa pudla is ready to serve. Serve it with ketchup or green chutney.
