First we make a stuffing take all the spices seen in photo and gram flour now add 2to 3 spoon oil and mix it now stuffd this dry mixture in potatoes and brinjal

Now steem it till it's cook,now we take a pan and add left oil and musterd and cumin seeds then add tomatos and some left dry mixture cook it for 2 min then add potatoes and cook it for 2 min then carefully add steem brinjal and left dry mixture now cook until bubbles comes then off the flem and garnish with fresh coriander
