Rosemary Sea Salt Crackers

#mycookbook
We typically buy rosemary crackers at the supermarket but they have been out of stock for the past couple of weeks, so I thought I would try and replicate them. Turns out they were really simple to create and delicious!

Finely chop rosemary, add it to the food processor and blitz together with salt
- 4
Add water and mix until it comes together as a ball
- 5
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible (to avoid sticking roll out between two sheets of baking paper)
- 6
Cut individual crackers out using a small cookie cutter

Then use a fork to prick holes in them and brush with a little oil
- 8
Place on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes in preheated oven
