First, coarsely grind the corn kernels in a blender. Finely chop the green chilies.

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the coarsely ground corn and all other ingredients. Add water to make a thick batter for fritters.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry the fritters in your desired shape until golden brown.
