Ingredients

40 minutes
8 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupany left lentil.i use moong daal
  • 1 cupfinely grated spring onions
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • Halfcup finely grated cauliflower optional
  • Halfcup finely grated carrots optional
  • 1 tablespoonrock salt
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Halftsp black pepper
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tablespoonsdesi ghee
  • Butter to roast paranthas

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First mix all the spices and ingredients together in the flour and donot add water

  2. 2

    Mix well and try to make dough with little addition of water

  3. 3

    In the end add desi ghee and make a smooth little hard dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Make yumm paranthas and enjoy yumm breakfast.stay safe stay healthy
