Coriander has multiple health benefits. Coriander or cilantro is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron and magnesium as well. Coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein. They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin and Carotene. It adds zing to snacks.

Steps

Clean, wash and Chop coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion and tomato.

Cut onion, garlic and green chilli and ginger in small pieces.

Put all chopped ingredients along with all dry masale ingredients into the mixer. Add 2 tb sp water to liquidate the grinding and then grind to a fine paste.

Squeeze lemon juice and mix well and serve with any type of snacks. It can be store for 1 week in refrigerator.
