Knead the dough and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now make big roti. Place it on hot tawa.

Cook till you see blisters on appearing on the roti. Then flip it and spread some butter and roast it. Remove the roti and keep aside.

Now make stuffing. In a pan add butter. Then add ginger garlic paste. Add onions. Saute till onion gets light brown.

Further add tomatoes and capsicum. Sauté well. Add all spices. Mix well. Now add paneer cubs.

Now take the roti and place stuffing on it. Grate some cheese.

Roll it. frankie is ready. Serve with chutney.
