One of my daughter's favourite dish.. very tasty and healthy recipe.... It is made by homemade paneer which is very soft and fresh contains less fat.

One of my daughter's favourite dish.. very tasty and healthy recipe.... It is made by homemade paneer which is very soft and fresh contains less fat.
Steps

Add oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes one by one and saute well

Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute well.

Cover the mixture and leave it for 3minutes
- 4
Now add the grated paneer and cook well
- 5
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
- 6
Optional : add garam masala powder if you like masala flavour.
