1 tspsyrup
1 tbspolive oil
Milk to mix
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspcream of tartar
(Possible today use 2 tsp baking powder in place of soda & tartar)

Make a Batter.

Have pan heated low/medium heat (70) and have fun.

Melt butter / brush pan then add batter

Wait til the bubbles come before turning.
