Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupPlain Flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspsyrup
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • Milk to mix
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcream of tartar
  • (Possible today use 2 tsp baking powder in place of soda & tartar)

    Make a Batter.

  2. 2

    Have pan heated low/medium heat (70) and have fun.

  3. 3

    Melt butter / brush pan then add batter

  4. 4

    Wait til the bubbles come before turning.
