Steps

Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add ingredients under marination.Combine well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Take a pan add oil and deep fry chicken pieces in medium flame.

Take a wok add 2tbsp oil. Add cashews.When it gets aromatic add ginger garlic chopped.Then add onions and capsicum chopped. Add chilli flakes.

When onions are transparent add sauces.Add sugar to balance.

To this add cornflour mixture(3tbsp cornflour+5tbsp water).Add/2cup water give about. Check for salt. Mix chicken pieces with gravy. Serve with roti.
