Ingredients

  • 1 cupCarrots(grated)
  • 2Lemons
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • Tampering
  • 1 tspUrad dal
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 4 tspcurry leaves
  • 2Red chillies
  • 2 tbspOil
  • pinchAsafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    Take grated carrot in a bowl mix all ingredients well

    Heat oil for tampering saute all ingredients one by one slowly until nice aroma will release keep it in room temperature

    Mix tampering in grated carrot mixer well and it's ready to serve

    Serve instant carrot chutney in rice, dosa and upma
