Pineapple Halwa
Steps

Heat a pan, add seived semolina, roast till light golden and starts releasing flavour.

In another pan add water and sugar, bring it to boil, stir continuously till sugar dissolves. Remove from fire.

Chop pineapple slices finely, add to roasted semolina. Dissolve saffron strands in water or milk for10 minutes.add to pan.

Add sugar syrup and stir continuously until the halwa leaves the sides of pan. Remove the pan from gas.add pineapple essence and mix well.

Now take a serving dish and pour into that. Garnish with saffron strands and serve hot.
