Ingredients

  • 1 cupFariyali Atta(flour)
  • 1/2 CupSoaked Sago (Sabudana)
  • 1Medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 1 TspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 TbspRoasted Peanut Powder
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tsp Curd (Optional)
  • saltSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients and knead a tight dough using curd or water.

  2. 2

    Grease the pan with 1 Tsp Oil. Take a ball of dough and spread it on the pan patting it using your hand.

  3. 3

    Make four holes using a finger so that it cooks uniformly. Pour half a teaspoon oil on it.

  4. 4

    Cover it with a lid. Let it cook on medium flame till it becomes golden brown from bottom. Do not flip the thalipeeth.

  5. 5

    After it is done, take it out on a plate. Let the pan cool down before making the the next thalipeeth.

  6. 6

    Tasty Fariyali Thalipeeth is ready!
