Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbokchoy
  2. Minced chicken
  3. Shallots ginger, garlic all are minced

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add water and let it boil. Put in bok choy and cook for 4 mins. Rinse and arrange in a plate.

  2. 2

    Heat a wok and stir fry garlic ginger and shallot, next add the minced chicken. Mix well and cook. Add soy sauce or salt. Simmer until done then pour on top of veges.
