  1. 400 gmRajma(kidney beans) Soak overnite and boil
  2. 4medium onions (make paste)
  3. 4-5medium tomatoes (make paste)
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspDeggi Mirch
  6. 1/2 tspdhaniya/coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspJeera(cumin) powder
  8. 1Bay leaf
  9. 3Dry red chilli ( make paste with tomatoes)
  10. 2 tspGinger Jullins
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspKasuri Methi
  13. 1 tablespoonmalai for presentation
  14. 2 tspMustard oil
  15. 1 tspJeera ( cumin ) seeds

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera, ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 mint, add onion paste, cook until they become Brown,
