Ingredients

20-25 min
4-5 servings
  • 100 gmbutter softened
  • 2 tbspsugar powdered
  • 200 gmrefined flour
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspJeera /cumin seeds
  • 2 tbspmilk

Steps

20-25 min
  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar. And cream it really well till the butter changes it's colour to pale.

  2. 2

    Sift refined flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. And add to the butter mixture.

  3. 3

    Mix really well and try to form a soft dough using milk.

  4. 4

    Roll the dough and sprinkle jeera on top and roll it again.

  5. 5

    Cut any shape. Using cookie cutter or steel bowl.

  6. 6

    Preheat your oven on 180 degree for 10 min.

  7. 7

    Grease your tray well. And place the biscuits on it.

  8. 8

    Bake for 10 min. Keep an eye on them.

  9. 9

    Cool them on racks. Serve. You can serve them with tea, milk, coffee or you can have them just like it. Enjoy
