Steps

Take a bowl add 3 tsp butter whisk it fo 3 to 4 min with help of wisker ar you can also use bleder then add powdered sugar again wish it for 4 to 5 min.till it texture become creamy and soft.

Then add flour (maida) and 1/2 tsp salt and mix all the batter it hand and make a soft dough and put it on rest for 10 min.

On other hand take a big pan rut ring in it and put lid on pan and pre heat the pan for 10 min on high flame.

After 10 min knede the dough and take some dough in hand and make round balls and little bit flat it.In these way make all biscuits.Take a plate grease it with ghee and place all the biscuits it it.

After 10 min when pan will pre heated open the lid and place plate in it and again put the lid on pan and low the flame and bake it for 20 min. After 20 min open off the flame remove the lid and cool it well and ready to serve.
