  • 250 gramsooji
  • 2 tbspMaida (All-purpose flour)
  • 200 gramoil
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • as neededwater

  1. 1

    Mix sooji and flour well heat 50 grams of oil well

  2. 2

    Add it to the sooji make the sooji warm by adding warm water and kneading or like flour and keep it for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Fry till golden brown and serve with kanji.

  4. 4

    Make the pedas into an small pieces and fry them.
