1. In a food processor, grind sweetcorn and bread.

2. Add cheese and boiled potato to the corn and bread mixture.

3. Then, add all the dry spices and mix well.

4. Use the mixture to make tikkis, you will roughly get 10-12.
Keep the tikkis in the fridge for 1-2 hours. - 5
5. Shallow fry the tikkis in some oil. You could also bake them, with some oil brushed on the top.
Serve with healthy salad/mint mayonnaise.
