Poha appam recipe to make snacks recipe and you can make it in few minutes the result came out to be very good and this poha balls very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside .I added coriander but if you want to add then add onions and other vegetables also.
Steps

Wash poha and soak for 10 minutes after 10 made mix soaked poha semolina salt and required water. Mix it well.

Heat oil and mustard seeds humans is asafoetida curry leaves green chilli paste, soda, coriander leaves and mix in poha batter.

Heat appam pan and grease it with oil for a ladleful of batter into each cavity add some oil in all cavity.

Cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame check in between flip the appe upside down if down side is light brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
