Brinjal with Daal channa

First of all roast the brinjal on stove,Tawa or boil.it's roasted aroma make this dish special.

When it burn dip in a water make cool and peel out and take paste

Boil the lentil

In a pan fry onion til pinkish color then add tomato paste Yoghurt and all spice and cook 2mints.

Then brinjal and daal chanaadd in masala and stay for 10 mints cover with lid.

Dish is ready garnish with green chili and coriander leaves
