Ingredients

  • 6Sardines-
  • 1/4 tspGinger paste-
  • 1/4 tspGarlic paste-
  • 1/2 tspFennel seeds-
  • 1 tablespoonChilli powder-
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder-
  • Salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the sardines and make few cuts on it and kept aside

  2. 2

    Grind ginger,garlic,fennel seeds,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt with little of water to make a fine paste. Make sure the paste isn't too runny..

  3. 3

    Apply this mixture all over the sardines evenly and rest it for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Fry sardines in coconut oil on both sides and serve hot...
