Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and carrom seeds. Add cooking oil for moyan and mix well. Now knead the slightly tight dough. Make small balls of lemon size and cover it with a damp cloth and Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now heat cooking oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and mix well.

Add mashed boiled potatoes and peas and mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add kasuri methi and mix well. Filling is ready. Remove the mixture in a plate.

Now take balls. Roll it with the help of rolling pin. Cut its edges and make it a square. Place the filling on it.

Apply little water on edges. Fold the edges and press it. Mark with fork. Like wise make all the puffs.

Heat oil in a wok. Add 2 puffs at a time and fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Flip again and fry for 30 seconds.

Remove in a plate. Like wise fry all the puffs.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
