Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6-7Soyachaap sticks
  2. 1 cupFlour (maida)
  3. 1 cupCurd
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  6. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp Everest garam masala
  9. 1 tsp Kastori Methi
  10. 3-4 tspGarlic, Ginger, Green chilli paste (3G paste)
  11. 1lemon juice
  12. 50 gmsAmul butter
  13. 6-7spn Amul fresh cream
  14. 1capsicum cube chopped
  15. 1/2 cupcabbage length wise chopped
  16. As required Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash soyasticks in hot water. Then remove sticks and chopped in round shape or length wise.

    Take a big bowl add curd, flour and all dry ingredients, butter 2-3 spn, except cabbage and capsicum mix well make a smooth better.

    Add soyachaap in smooth better and mix proper then freeze half and hour.

    Take a non-stick pan add butter then keep 1 by 1 soyachaap, then cook soyachaap both side. In a same pan again add butter saute cabbage and capsicum.

    Then add soyachaap saute well and keep on slow flame for 2-3 mins.

    Lastly add Amul Fresh Cream mix gently. Serve with Chutney and Salad.
