Ingredients

Preparation time-20 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
2 people
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 cupMaida
  3. 1medium size onion chopped fine
  4. 1medium size tomato chopped fine
  5. 1small size capsicum chopped fine
  6. 1lime juice
  7. 1 TbspChaat Masala
  8. 2-3green chillies chopped fine
  9. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  10. as requiredOil to fry
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

Preparation time-20 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl add Maida and with 1/2 tsp oil and salt make a dough like for Roti. Keep it covered for 10 mins with a muslin cloth

  2. 2

    Chop onions, tomatoes, green capsicum and set aside.

  3. 3

    Beat a egg and add black pepper powder, salt and beat well.

  4. 4

    With a rolling pin make a Roti.

  5. 5

    In a tawa heat oil, add the egg and spread. On low flame cook for 1/2 a min. Then add the Roti. Press with a spatula and let the egg set in.

  6. 6

    Flip the other side and let the Roti cook. Set aside

  7. 7

    On a kitchen counter place the Roll, place the chopped vegetables in the centre, add Chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, lime juice.

  8. 8

    Roll and cover half with a parchment paper

  9. 9

    Plate and enjoy hot
