#flavours #chicken #delicious We all know that there are varities of styles in which Chicken 65 is cooked. I thought that I should share my style of Chicken 65 which is dry and moist as well as a basic and simpler version. Follow the recipe and you will end up having a delicious Chicken 65.

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  1. 200 gramsChicken (boneless)
  2. 1/4 cupCurd
  3. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  4. 1 tsp+ 1 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1 tbspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  8. 5 tbspRice flour
  9. 1 tbspOil for deep frying +
  10. 1Green Chilli
  11. 1/2 cupGarlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Add 200 grams of Chicken and ¼ Cup curd and mix well.

    Add Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp, Black Pepper powder ½ tbsp, Cumin powder ½ tsp, Salt to taste and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp and Mix well

    Cover and set aside for at least an hour

  4. 4

    After an hour add 5 tbsp of rice flour and mix well

  5. 5

    In a kadai heat oil for deep frying and when the oil turns hot add the Chicken

  6. 6

    Now heat Half tbsp oil in a pan and add a Chopped Green Chili and ½ tbsp of garlic add the fried chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.

    Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder and mix. After mixing turn of flame

  8. 8

    Serve warm and enjoy.
