Make a paste of tomatoes and keep it side.

In a bowl add both the flour, cuming, carmon, salt and ghee. Then mix all properly. Then add the tomatoes paste and make a dough.

Now make a ball from the dough and give a shape of roti, then roll it. After that cut into pieces. Then give a shape of your choice and make small holes with fork, then fry in a medium flame. Once mathri cooked and get golden colour remove from stove.
