Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupflour
  2. 4 spoonswater
  3. 2 cupsquinoa (cooked)
  4. 1 cupchicken (cooked)
  5. 4eggs
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 1 cupvegetables (cooked)

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients above, except for the flour, eggs and water.

  2. 2

    Add eggs, stir after each one of them, then add the flower and mix. If it is too thick then add a spoon of water.

  3. 3

    Mix it all well, form torrejas (patties) and fry them on medium heat.
