Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2large stalks Celery
  • 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  • 2 tablespoonsPonzu
  • *Note: If you don’t have ready-to-use Ponzu, use Rice Vinegar 1 tablespoon & Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoonSugar
  • 1/2 tablespoonSesame Oil OR Olive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice Celery stalks diagonally. Sprinkle Salt and massage, then rest for a while.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients, mix well, and set aside for ten minutes until Celery is well marinated.
