Miso Marinated Salmon

This ‘Miso Marinated Salmon’ is delicious, but it is easy to burn. I recently discovered this baking paper method to cook Fish. My large thick-base frying pan used to be Non-stick but not anymore. Cover it with baking paper, so that it turns perfectly Non-stick. And this way, fish fillets cook nicer than directly on the frying pan. I don’t know why.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sprinkle a pinch of Salt over the Salmon Fillets.
- 2
Make Miso Marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Cover the Salmon fillets with the marinade, place in a sealed container, and leave in the fridge for overnight or at least 4 hours.
*Note: Depending on the size of the Salmon Fillets, you would need more Miso Marinade. - 3
Before you cook, remove the marinade from the Salmon fillets as miso mixture is easy to burn. Grill until cooked and golden brown. Cooking time varies depending on the size of the fillets and cooking methods. Today I used a large frying pan to cook.

Frying Pan Method: Use a large and thick-base frying pan. Place a sheet of baking paper on the frying pan, heat over medium low heat, and cook Salmon Fillets until both sides (and the skin) are nicely browned.

Simmered Flounder Made in a Frying Pan Simmered Flounder Made in a Frying Pan
My mother told me that I had to use a large saucepan when making simmered dishes, but I had trouble when cooking fish, because I couldn't turn it over easily. I thought it would be better in a frying pan, after all, a frying pan is large and wide and the fish won't burn. I tried it and it worked fine. Now, I always make fish dishes in the frying pan.It can be tricky to turn the fish over, so I used a spatula. It's easier if you use the edges of the pan to help you. The fish won't burn in a non-stick frying pan, so even beginners will find this easy. The fish will crumble if you leave the heat on high, so be careful. Recipe by cleam cookpad.japan -
