Ingredients

  • 4capsicum
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbspCheese grated
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • Little chopped coriander leaved
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the masala powders, salt, cheese and coriander leaves.

    Stuff it nicely inside the Capsicums

    Cut them into slices.

    Pan fry them in a tawa and serve them with chutney or sauce.
