Wash rice and Dal and soak it for around 5 hr's. Then drain all water and take a mixer grinder and add little water to it and add some cooked rice and grind it and make a smooth batter like our Idli and Dosa batter.

Keep it aside for at least over night. Then bring that batter next day and add all chopped vegetables, add salt green chillies and mix them.

Take a Dosa Tawa put some oil and start making uttapam. You can cover them also with a lid. Cook it in a slow flame. If one side done then flip it to other side. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter and make uttapam.

For making this flower I have used a flower Mould. Just grease some oil there and put it on the Dosa Tawa and pour some batter there and prepared uttapam.

For decoration I have used Capsicum slices. Serve with 🍅 Tomato ketchup 😋 and enjoy.
