Aloo ki bhujia
All dishes having aloos in them are my favorite ones.

Take 2 medium size potatoes and cut into pieces.

Now place oil - 1 Tbsp in a pan and heat it up.

Add onion slices, cumin seeds and grated garlic in hot oil. Saute for a minute on medium heat.

As the onion start changes color then add salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and stir to mix all the ingredients together.

Add Tomato slices to make a smooth gravy.

Cook until getting smooth-textured gravy.

Add potato slices and mix well.

Now add water and mix well.

Cover and cook on medium heat until potatoes get soft.

Add black pepper and green chilies slices. Mix well. Cover for 5 minutes to get steamy.

Aloo ki bhujia is ready to serve with chapati or naan.
