Wash the green onions, cilantro, and carrots, and remove the roots and old leaves. Soak the wood ear and shiitake mushrooms until they expand, then remove the stems and drain.

Grate the carrots and dice them. Finely chop the green onions, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. Cut the bean sprouts into small pieces.

Mix the eggs, pork, MSG, and pepper thoroughly.

Wrap the spring rolls and fry them until they are just cooked.

When ready to eat, reheat in an air fryer for 3 minutes on each side if stored in the refrigerator.
