Boil pork ribs and drain the soup.

Cut potatoes into chunks.

Add olive oil and rock candy to the pan and slowly stir fry on Low heat until candy is melted and turns into light brown.

Add ribs, ginger slices and garlic cloves to the pan and stir fry for a while.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder and 200cc water. Then add potatoes. Cook for 5 min on medium heat.

Thicken the source over strong heat. Done✅
