Heat the pan and add 4 spoons of oil

Add mustard seeds, jeera, red chillies,curry leaves. Saute till they turn golden in color

Add cooked rice into pan. Mix it well with the above ingredients.

Add the curd and salt as per our taste. Mix it well with a bit of water as per your taste

Curd rice is ready

Serve it with mango pickle
