Keep dryfruits, besan, suji,and milk ready. Heat a pan and add ghee, when melts add besan & suji and roast on slow flame.

Roast till aroma releases and turns light pink. Add milk and saffron and cook till milk is evaporate completely.

Stirring continuously on slow flame. Add sugar and mix well cook till dough consistency or till ghee releases. Add cardamom powder and 1/2- of the dryfruits and raisins, Cookk for a while and turn off gas. Set in ❤ shaped mould and unmould in a plate.

Garnish with chopped dryfruits and serve ready YUMMY Besan Sheera.
