Steps

Heat water in a kadhai.

Add sugar and keep stirring till sugar melts on slow flame.

When the syrup is of 2 thread consistency, add grated coconut.
- 4
Stir on medium flame.
- 5
The coconut will release liquid.
- 6
Keep cooking for 5-7 minutes till the syrup is absorbed.

Add crushed kesar & mix well.
- 8
Cool & serve.
