1 bowlWheat flour
4Boiled potatoes
to tasteSalt
1 tspCoriander Powder
1 tspmint Powder
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1 tspamchoor (dry mango) Powder
as neededOil for fry

Steps

1

Make a soft dough of flour.

Take boiled potatoes, mash them properly and add all dry spices along salt.

Take a small ball of dough make small chapati fill some potatoes filling.

Make a small kachori.
5

Take a kadhai add oil for deep fry. Heat oil fry all kachori on medium flame both side.
