Fluffy doughnuts
These doughnuts are so fluffy and taste really good.
Steps

In a bowl, mix the milk and yeast and cover to activate for 5-10mins. Sieve the flour and salt together and set aside.

U will know if the yeast is good if it foams. If not, discard it. In the yeast mixture, add the melted butter, egg and combine together. Gradually add in the flour and combine properly. The dough should be sticky at this point.

Put on a flat surface and knead for 20 mins. Do not add extra flour because the aim is to get fluffy doughnuts. After kneading, put in an oiled container and cover for 30 mins- 1hr maximum or until it double in size. Make sure the place is warm for easy rising.

Bring out and roll into desired shapes. Arrange in a tray, and cover for 15- 30mins. Heat up ur oil and fry on medium heat.U can sprinkle some sugar if u desire.Ur doughnuts are ready.
