Ingredients

twenty minutes
  • 2 Cupsrice flour
  • 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  • to tasteSalt and chilli powder
  • pinchHing/asafoetida
  • 3 spoonmelted ghee for moin
  • As neededWarm water to knead the dough
  • 3 cupOil for frying

  1. 1

    Mixed rice flour besan and salt chilli powder and a pinch of hing

    Mixed wee all the ingredients and knead the dough not soft nor hard

    Then with the help of chakri mould fry in low to medium flame till it becomesgolden colour
