Thank you Chef Neha ji for sharing this delicious Cinnamon rolls with us. I tried to recreate with jaggery as well as normal sugar powder. Both the type of cinnamon rolls tasted awesome and different.

Thank you Chef Neha ji for sharing this delicious Cinnamon rolls with us. I tried to recreate with jaggery as well as normal sugar powder. Both the type of cinnamon rolls tasted awesome and different.
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients of dough section in a bowl and make a soft dough. Rest this dough for 10 minutes.

Mix the vinegar with the milk(at room temperature) and rest for 10 minutes.

Mix up the ingredients of cinnamon filling.
- 4
Knead the rested dough again and roll out in rectangle.

Spread the cinnamon filling evenly and fold in three, following book technique.

Divide in strips and make rolls as you like.

Preheat the kadhai with salt and bake the rolls for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

When cooked brush with melted butter and serve.
Thanks**For sugar roll,I used cinnamon powder, butter and powdered white sugar.
