  • 1 cuprice
  • Halfcup dessicated coconut
  • Halfcup coconut milk/coconut cream
  • Halfteaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspooncardamon
  • 1 teaspoondry yeast
  • 1egg white
  • 3 tablespoonssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice in water after washing, atleast 8 hrs

  2. 2

    Remove and strain rice

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients in a blender, started with liquids

    Put it out to rise for about 45 mins

    Fry on a vitumbua pan, until golden brown, on low heat, turn with a toothpick
